How EquiKey Works?

  1. EquiKey values the homeowner’s equity.

  2. The homeowner’s equity is listed for sale on the EquiKey marketplace. Investors bid to buy this equity.

    The homeowner’s remain in control of how much equity they sell and which investor’s bid they accept.

  3. Investor’s money is transferred into escrow. EquiKey lodges a caveat and senior lien on the property on behalf of the investor. The homeowner remains in the home as the legal title owner until they decide to sell, move into aged care or pass away. In return, the investor receives their share of the future sale value of the home or the option to buy the remaining percentage of the home.
